8-12 chicken breast pieces, depending on how many you need.

Italian bread crumbs

1/2 c butter

1/2 c Crisco

 

Combine in large bowl:

1 c sour cream

1/4 c lemon juice

4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp celery salt

1 tsp garlic salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Add chicken and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, roll chicken in Italian bread crumbs. Place chicken pieces in baking dish. Melt butter and Crisco together and spoon over chicken before baking. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hr or until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Can be prepared and frozen ahead of time. Thaw slightly and bake.
